A hotel like no other
magdas HOTEL is more colorful, more cosmopolitan, and more courageous. Just ‘leiwand‘ as the Viennese would put it.
In October 2022 we opened our new hotel in Wien Mitte. With lots of beautiful vintage furniture, creative upcycling elements and a fine restaurant. Book directly on our website and get a free upgrade (subject to availability).
The good news: We are and will remain a Social Business, with our focus on people, not profit. We create purposeful jobs and offer a profound training program. Here, people who had to flee their countries from all over the world will be trained to become professional hosts in the hotel industry.

Barrier-free rooms
Our barrier-free rooms are spacious (28 sqm or 31 sqm) and offer enough room, even if you come with a wheelchair. One of the rooms has a connecting door to an adjoining room that can be used for an accompanying person or carer. magdas is for everyone. Our accessible hotel in Vienna warmly welcomes all people with impairments, plus it provides enough space for our wheelchair-using guests.
Where we are
magdas HOTEL is located close to Vienna’s city center. ‘Stadtpark’, a large municipal park, is just around the corner, where you can soak up the sun and stretch your feet. Good food and cool drinks are to be found within reach. Only a short walking distance away is the city center where you can head for a shopping spree or a long stroll. Not much farther, those who seek art and culture will get their money’s worth, in ‘Schloss Belvedere’.
Other destinations are easy to reach by metro, tram, bus, or suburban trains, through its convenient link to ‘Wien Mitte’, a railway and metro hub, close to the city center. Here you will also be able to catch non-stop trains to the airport or ‘Hauptbahnhof’ – Vienna’s main train station. By being so close to this major hub, our employees can simply enjoy a convenient and fast commute to work.
